I am contacting you regarding two unauthorized charges made to my bank account for your QR code generator service.
I was charged 49.95 in February and another 49.95 in March, even though I only signed up for a free trial and did not intend to continue with a paid subscription. Furthermore, I have not used your service at all since the trial period.
These charges were made without my clear consent, and I was not aware that my account would be automatically billed after the trial.
I kindly request:
• A full refund of both charges (total 99.90)
• Immediate cancellation of my subscription
• Confirmation that no further charges will be made
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter with my bank and request a chargeback for unauthorized transactions.
